We have a 30 Day return policy
. We only accept NEW & Unused merchandise. Removing original tags and product packaging we cannot accept the return. We must receive your product within 30 days of receiving your order.
We charge a 15% restocking fee and original shipping paid will not be returned, if you received Free Shipping the cost of shipping will be deducted out of the return. If you chose to accept the discounted easy return Pre-Paid Label, that will be deducted out of your return as well.
Defective items:
If you receive a defective item, we will handle your situation appropriately at our cost but required to email us first. RMA is required and orders sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted .
Exchanges:
Our exchange process is designed to get your replacement as fast as possible. Cost of shipping items back for return are the responsibility of the customer. When you fill out our RMA form, please include the item you would like to exchange for, we will send you an invoice from our site SurplusNation.com to pay for the item + Shipping owed for exchange. Once we receive the payment, your new exchange will be treated as a new order and shipped ASAP. Once we receive your RMA back, we will issue a refund, Waive 15% restocking fees, original shipping paid will not be returned, if you received Free Shipping the cost of shipping will be deducted out of the return, and deduct return postage if you chose to do PrepPaid label option. We highly suggest using our PrePaid label option as we receive deep discounts from the post office compared to what you pay at the Post Office. Once the label is printed you can simply give to the postman, no need to go to the post office!
